Description

You will support, manage, and troubleshoot Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM/PAM platforms including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Okta.
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for access, authentication, and security incidents.
• Implement and maintain SSO, directory services (AD/LDAP), and access controls.
• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and improve security processes.
• Develop documentation, procedures, and automation for IAM operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or security engineering.
• Strong experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience with Enterprise Vault systems (Vertias/Symantec).
• Experience integrating Okta with PAM tools.
• Knowledge of AD/LDAP, SSO, SSL/TLS, and security protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation for IAM operations.
• Ability to develop and maintain security procedures.
