Description

You will design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on Okta application integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of application integrations with Okta using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0.
• Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to onboard enterprise applications to Okta SSO and MFA.
• Configure and troubleshoot Okta application integrations, authentication policies, and lifecycle management processes.
• Design and implement adaptive and risk-based authentication controls to strengthen the organization's identity security posture.
• Automate application onboarding and configuration management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM engineering or identity security roles.
• Deep expertise with Okta platform capabilities, including SSO, MFA, and federation protocols.
• Strong proficiency in SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
• Ability to analyze application authentication requirements and develop secure integration solutions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and enterprise security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience expanding MFA adoption across cloud and on-premises applications.
• Background in developing technical standards and integration patterns for identity services.
