Description

You will integrate applications into Auth0 and customize authentication workflows for customer-facing systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate customer portals, Salesforce, and external platforms into Auth0.
• Configure SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, and login flows.
• Customize security workflows using Auth0 Actions, Rules, and JavaScript.
• Build adaptive authentication logic based on risk, location, or device.
• Integrate identity logs into monitoring tools like Microsoft Sentinel.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Auth0.
• Experience with customer identity and access management (CIAM).
• Ability to perform light development using JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and MFA.
• Experience configuring and customizing identity workflows.
• Understanding of authentication flows and access controls.
• Experience with APIs, logs, and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Auth0 with Salesforce or Genesys.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of adaptive authentication, passkeys, or risk-based strategies.
