Description

Manage identity governance implementations and security system monitoring for Grand Rapids-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement identity governance best practices by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Identify system gaps and develop technical solutions to mitigate security risks.
• Review incident tickets and work orders, following up with users to resolve concerns.
• Monitor security-based systems to identify and investigate abnormalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT Security principles.
• Experience with identity governance tools such as One Identity or SailPoint.
• Functional knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups.
• Practical understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC models.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow up on technical issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
