Description

You will administer and support Identity and Access Management systems, focusing on monitoring, enhancements, and performance tuning for the TEAL application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), Access Manager (ISAM), and Directory Server (LDAP).
• Manage application integrations and complete technical assignments involving IBM security software.
• Monitor system components and perform performance tuning to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with customers, product support teams, and management to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management environments.
• Proficiency with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
• Proficiency with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
• Proficiency with IBM Security Directory Server (LDAP).
• Red Hat Linux administration experience.
• Shell scripting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering and supporting IAM systems built on IBM software and services.
• Application development experience, specifically in Java.
