Description

You will manage and support identity and access management infrastructure and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Support Identity Management servers, Access Management servers (NYC.ID), and LDAP infrastructure.
• Maintain EDS eDirectory and Identity Management servers through patching, upgrades, and server builds.
• Collaborate with Microfocus support backline to resolve outages and technical issues.
• Execute projects involving new application deployments and system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Identity Management engineering.
• Deep expertise with NetIQ eDirectory and iManager.
• Hands-on experience with Microfocus Access Manager.
• Proficiency with LDAP and OAUTH protocols.
• Experience managing Identity Management (UserApp) servers.
• Working knowledge of Windows AD, Azure, and AWS.
• Proven track record with directory services and authentication protocols.
