You will manage identity lifecycles and access controls across hybrid and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory directory structures, including users, groups, organizational units, and permissions.
• Configure Microsoft Entra services such as conditional access, RBAC, and identity governance.
• Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) using timeboxing and just-in-time (JIT) access to enforce least-privilege principles.
• Administer directory services by creating service principals and managing access to servers and workstations.
• Govern cloud-only identities and access reviews within modern infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Active Directory (AD) administration and ADFS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and cloud-only identity management.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and IAM policy implementation.
• Practical knowledge of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) in AD and Entra.
• Expertise in directory service management, including OU and group management.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization models.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS and GCP IAM services.
• Experience integrating Microsoft IAM services with multi-cloud environments.
