Description
You will lead and operate complex enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting across the IAM environment.
- Conduct triage and resolution for IAM issues and outages, supporting API Management and SSO.
- Lead project workstreams spanning end-to-end IAM and infrastructure initiatives.
- Design, implement, and operate complex IAM solutions, adhering to NIST standards.
- Guide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical IAM designs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or a related field.
- Expertise with SAML and OAuth protocols.
- Experience managing CyberArk for password vaulting and privileged session management.
- Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and ticket resolution processes.
- Strong skills in cross-team collaboration and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication processes.
