Description

You will lead advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and project execution for the enterprise IAM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage and resolution of IAM issues, incidents, and outages.
• Design, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions.
• Lead project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure initiatives.
• Guide junior engineers and translate business requirements into technical IAM designs.
• Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, Security, or Access management.
• Proficiency in SAML and OAuth protocols.
• Experience with CyberArk for password vaulting and credential rotation.
• Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Understanding of NIST standards and MFA implementation.
• Experience with ITIL framework and ticket resolution processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
