Description

You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer PAM/IAM backend infrastructure and IGA platforms using industry best practices.
• Manage the full IGA lifecycle, including access requests, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Onboard servers and users to PAM and IGA services while developing supporting runbooks and procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
• Oversee security controls for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services in hybrid multi-cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT and security roles.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint, Cisco ISE (Secure Workload and TrustSec), and MFA solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of SAML, Federation, SSO, OpenID, and OAuth.
• Hands-on administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Server (2012-2019).
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing hybrid multi-tenant environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, PAM, and identity entitlement permissions.
• Ability to assess secure integrations for web services and APIs.
• CISSP or IAM-specific security certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce security and cloud architecture.
• Degree from an accredited college.
