Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Identity & Access Management technical architectures, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures for authentication, authorization, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Translate client business requirements into use cases and high-level/low-level design documentation.
• Develop and implement organization-wide SSO strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize requirements and assign them to project sprints.
• Mentor team members to improve technical leadership and project productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Proficiency with IBM Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager.
• Deep understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
• Experience with LDAP.
• Ability to create architecture Visio diagrams and technical strategy presentations.
• Strong research skills to evaluate market trends and competitive solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor communication to resolve product bugs and service requests.
