Description

You will own the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise Identity and Access Management systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions.
• Manage Identity lifecycle processes (JML) and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Configure and manage CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions, including vaulting.
• Integrate IAM and PAM solutions with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud environments.
• Drive IAM governance and automation initiatives across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Expert-level proficiency with SailPoint.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Proven experience with Identity lifecycle management (JML processes).
• Demonstrated ability to implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience integrating IAM/PAM with Azure AD.
• Familiarity with access certifications and governance reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITAM or ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of workflow integration between IAM and ITSM.
