Description

You will manage identity infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient access to business applications and data.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity systems with a focus on Okta and G Suite.
• Manage the user lifecycle by synchronizing HRIS data with Okta and G Suite.
• Automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and bulk operations using GAM and scripting.
• Develop and enforce identity policies to maintain corporate governance and compliance.
• Monitor system health and generate reports on usage, compliance, and identity anomalies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and G Suite administration.
• Proficiency with Google Apps Manager (GAM) for G Suite identity management.
• Experience using Postman for API testing and integration.
• Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell or Python for task automation.
• Experience integrating identities across HRIS, Okta, and G Suite platforms.
• Knowledge of security practices as they apply to identity management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience automating IAM tasks through scripting and API interaction.
