Description

Execute large-scale M365 rollouts and implement secure identity solutions for the IAM engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement IAM solutions within the M365 ecosystem based on architectural designs.
• Configure and manage access stations, conditional access policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments for secure identity management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across M365 services.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IAM engineering.
• Hands-on M365 IAM expertise, including design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Active Directory administration and maintenance.
• Experience implementing M365 IAM solutions.
• Experience managing access stations and conditional access policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Copilot or Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with MS Purview.
