You will manage the identity and access management lifecycle to secure user and application provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full user and application provisioning lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain IDM or IGA systems to automate identity workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions.
- Develop and optimize workflows within ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Interact with mid-level and executive leadership to support identity requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Identity Management.
- Hands-on experience with IDM or IGA systems such as Saviynt IGAs, CA-IDM, or SailPoint.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools like PEGA.
- Experience managing Active Directory, LDS, or LDAP-based environments.
- Experience with Mainframe and DB2 environments.
- Knowledge of remote access management including RSA SecurID, VPN, and Citrix.
- Ability to use data reporting and metric tools like MS Power BI.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with executive leadership in a support or consulting capacity.
