Description

You will manage the identity and access management lifecycle to secure user and application provisioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full user and application provisioning lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain IDM or IGA systems to automate identity workflows.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions.
  • Develop and optimize workflows within ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Interact with mid-level and executive leadership to support identity requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity Management.
  • Hands-on experience with IDM or IGA systems such as Saviynt IGAs, CA-IDM, or SailPoint.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools like PEGA.
  • Experience managing Active Directory, LDS, or LDAP-based environments.
  • Experience with Mainframe and DB2 environments.
  • Knowledge of remote access management including RSA SecurID, VPN, and Citrix.
  • Ability to use data reporting and metric tools like MS Power BI.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working directly with executive leadership in a support or consulting capacity.
