Description

Own the support, management, and troubleshooting of IAM/PAM solutions, ensuring secure access and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage IAM/PAM platforms including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Okta.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and security issues at L2/L3 levels.
• Implement and maintain SSO, directory services (AD/LDAP), and access controls.
• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and improve security processes.
• Develop documentation, procedures, and automation for IAM operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or security engineering.
• Strong experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience with Enterprise Vault systems (Veritas/Symantec).
• Knowledge of integrating Okta with PAM tools.
• Proficiency in AD/LDAP, SSO, SSL/TLS, and security protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
