You will design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management solutions across enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A integration by planning and implementing IAM strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the merging of disparate identity providers, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Oversee user lifecycle automation, covering provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlement management.
• Design and maintain IAM solutions for SSO, MFA, PAM, and RBAC frameworks.

Required Skills

• Six years of progressive experience as an IAM Engineer, specifically supporting M&A integration projects.
• Proficiency in directory services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Extensive knowledge of authentication standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, PingIdentity, or Azure AD.
• Experience with identity governance, RBAC, and access review workflows.
• Scripting proficiency using PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
• Understanding of IAM protocols, identity federation, and cross-domain identity management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
