Description

You will configure, customize, and support the enterprise Identity Management environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SQL Server infrastructure for high availability, performance tuning, and backup/recovery of the identity stack.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, developing detailed architecture, standards, and implementation documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex, high-severity incidents within the authentication services environment.
• Analyze current systems to identify optimization opportunities and develop action plans for improvement.
• Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud-based serverless platforms to modernize manual processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), including synchronization services.
• 4+ years supporting large-scale, enterprise-level identity and directory service solutions, including Active Directory (AD) and ADLDS/ADAM.
• Strong coding and scripting experience using .NET, PowerShell, and VBScript.
• Proven experience in SQL Server maintenance supporting high-availability identity management databases.
• Foundational understanding of AWS cloud security and experience with automated serverless computing.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory at an enterprise level.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, YAML, Python, Splunk, CI/CD Pipeline, DevOps, Git, and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated serverless computing platforms for process modernization.
