Description

You will configure, customize, and support the Identity Management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SQL Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and backup/recovery for the identity stack.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and develop architecture, standards, and implementation documentation.
• Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and server-less computing to modernize manual processes.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex, high-severity IAM incidents.
• Analyze the Authentication Services environment to identify optimization opportunities and develop action plans.

Required Skills

• 4+ years supporting large-scale, enterprise-level identity and directory service solutions (AD, ADLDS/ADAM).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM).
• Strong coding experience with .net, PowerShell, and VBScript.
• Proven experience in SQL Server maintenance supporting high-availability identity databases.
• Foundation understanding of AWS cloud security and server-less computing.
• 3+ years of experience developing complex scripts in PowerShell, VBScript, YAML, or Python.
• Experience with Git and version controls.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with EC2, CFT, and AWS cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with Splunk (querying, dashboards) and New Relic.
