Description

Own SailPoint Identity Security Cloud operations, PowerShell automation, and enterprise IAM integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, managing joiner/mover/leaver lifecycles and access provisioning.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate identity workflows and resolve duplicate account issues.
• Resolve IAM incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, including root cause analysis.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Workday, ServiceNow, and Azure Active Directory.
• Maintain custom connectors, correlation logic, and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityNow implementation and support.
• Advanced PowerShell for automation and system integration.
• Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Identity protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Integration experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.
• Understanding of privileged access management (e.g., CyberArk) and zero-trust models.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit and access review processes.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in identity management engineering.
