Key Responsibilities

 

• Support and manage IAM/PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta)
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and security-related issues (L2/L3 support)
• Implement and maintain SSO, directory services (AD/LDAP), and access controls
• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and improve security processes
• Develop documentation, procedures, and automation for IAM operations 
  
   

Required Skills

 

• 5+ years of experience in IAM / security engineering
• Strong experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Experience with Enterprise Vault systems (Vertias/Symantec)
• Experience integrating Okta with PAM tools
• Knowledge of AD/LDAP, SSO, SSL/TLS, and security protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
