You will design and develop a scalable, configurable Identity Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive design meetings to propose, discuss, and refine new features.
• Design and develop scalable software using application architecture expertise.
• Maintain and enhance existing architectural documentation and create new documentation.
• Implement software following principles of reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in open standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and FAPI.
• Expert back-end development using Java EE (Java, application servers, servlet containers, JMS, JPA, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
• Strong OOP skills and ability to transform requirements into scalable designs.
• Experience building web services and microservices using HTTP and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL/modern database and storage technologies.
• Proficiency with Java build tools and software engineering best practices like unit testing, test automation, and continuous integration.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SOA related standards such as REST, OAuth, JSON, SOAP, and WSDL.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Oracle, JDBC, and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of Digital Identity industry standards and practices.
