Description

You will design, implement, and manage large-scale AWS Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS IAM solutions at scale, including Access Analyzer, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and Boundary Policies.
• Implement and maintain Terraform-based automation for IAM policies and infrastructure.
• Integrate IAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Deliver IAM as a service for the organization, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on expertise in AWS IAM, including user/role management.
• Mandatory strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience embedding IAM into DevOps pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Proven track record delivering IAM solutions at scale.
• Familiarity with AWS capabilities like Amazon Verified Permissions and Cedar policies.
• Comfortable working in small engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines.
