Description

Manage and support complex Identity and Access Management systems within an Azure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication using conditional access policies, including hard and soft tokens.
• Integrate third-party identity providers with Azure AD and configure federation protocols.
• Configure Azure B2C custom policies and maintain Role-Based Access Control policies.
• Deploy Self-Service Password Reset solutions via Azure or similar access management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM system support and administration.
• Deep expertise in Azure AD functionalities and administration.
• Proven experience with Azure B2C custom policy writing.
• Hands-on experience implementing Federation with Azure AD.
• Technical knowledge of RBAC policy implementation and custom policy creation.
• Experience managing MFA through conditional access and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with the scaled Agile Framework.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

• Ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to clients, peers, and stakeholders.
