Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide identity and access management strategies and governance processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design identity governance processes including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Manage authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and leverage automation to streamline workflows.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor IAM activities to respond to incidents and policy violations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or Ping Identity.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience managing identity governance and access control policies.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS.
• Ability to integrate IAM solutions with existing enterprise systems and automate workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating and remediating IAM-related security incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification.
