Description

You will support large-scale Identity and Access Management solutions using ForgeRock components. You will work with business analysts to ensure solutions meet security, availability, scalability, and performance requirements. You will own application onboarding and integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support ForgeRock IAM solutions with 6+ years of experience in large-scale environments.
• Troubleshoot integrations with target systems including LDAP, databases, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Deploy ForgeRock Stack 6.5+ (AM, IDM, DS, IG) on cloud infrastructure.
• Configure directory services, manage key stores, and handle certificate imports for OpenAM.
• Prepare Ansible playbooks for the ForgeRock stack implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 6+ years in IAM support.
• Strong expertise in ForgeRock Access Manager (OpenAM) and Identity Gateway.
• Experience with Directory Services: ForgeRock Directory Services (OpenDS), Oracle Unified Directory, or Oracle Internet Directory.
• Knowledge of authentication standards: OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and MFA.
• Ability to implement OAuth2.0/OpenID Connect for mobile app modules.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and federated identity protocols.
