Description

Support large-scale Identity and Access Management solutions using ForgeRock components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support ForgeRock IAM solutions in large-scale environments.
• Troubleshoot integrations with LDAP, databases, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Deploy ForgeRock Stack 6.5+ (AM, IDM, DS, IG) on cloud infrastructure.
• Configure directory services, manage key stores, and handle certificate imports for OpenAM.
• Prepare Ansible playbooks for ForgeRock stack implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years total IT experience with 6+ years in IAM support.
• Strong expertise in ForgeRock Access Manager (OpenAM) and Identity Gateway.
• Experience with ForgeRock Directory Services (OpenDS), Oracle Unified Directory, or Oracle Internet Directory.
• Knowledge of authentication standards: OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and MFA.
• Ability to implement OAuth2.0/OpenID Connect for mobile app modules.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and federated identity protocols.
