Description

Manage and support identity and access management solutions using the ForgeRock platform.

Responsibilities

• Support ForgeRock applications including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDS, Amster, and SSOAdmin.
• Collaborate with architects to define integration patterns and create low-level design diagrams.
• Develop and unit test implementations for SSO, MFA, RBA, provisioning, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot support requests and perform administration for Linux (RedHat), Windows, and Tomcat.
• Write Linux shell and Windows PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on development experience with ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenIDM, and OpenDS.
• Proficiency with Linux shell scripting and Windows PowerShell.
• Experience working within an ITSM environment using tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat) and Windows OS administration.
• Experience supporting Tomcat application servers.
• Ability to work with Amster and SSOAdmin.
• Experience with RadiantLogic VDS.

• Advanced experience with RadiantLogic VDS.
