Description

Design and implement identity and access management solutions for cloud and hybrid environments, advising clients on security strategies and best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM solutions using Azure Active Directory, including B2C, B2B, conditional access, MFA, and identity governance.
• Collect and analyze customer requirements for cloud and hybrid IAM approaches.
• Advise clients on holistic strategies to achieve IAM goals for employees, customers, and partners.
• Develop and recommend security best practices tailored to specific technical conditions.
• Implement solutions across cloud and hybrid scenarios using methodologies such as Scrum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Experience managing rights and licenses in conjunction with Office 365.
• Proficiency in Azure AD Connect, federation, and identity protection.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• SC-300 Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
