IAM (Identity and Access Management) Expert SME

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide identity and access management strategies and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design and manage identity governance processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Implement and manage authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage IAM tools to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Integrate IAM solutions with existing enterprise systems and leverage automation to streamline workflows.
• Monitor IAM activities for unusual behavior and collaborate with security operations to remediate incidents.
• Ensure IAM practices comply with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD, or SailPoint.
• Proficiency with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing identity governance, RBAC, and access control policies.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identity-related risks.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems and automating provisioning workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
