Description

You will design and implement identity management solutions using the IdentityNow platform, owning architectural blueprints and technical solution designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure IdentityNow settings and execute code changes following established review processes.
• Manage integrations across various connectors, ranging from flat files to mainframe applications.
• Drive organizational adoption of IAM trends and define platform processes.
• Document best practices and guidelines while complying with SDLC and PMLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with IdentityNow configurations and implementations.
• Deep understanding of LCM, certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Proficiency in managing access profiles, roles, and entitlements.
• Experience performing role analysis and role mining.
• Knowledge of systems design and data interdependencies.
• Strong technical solution design and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe application integrations.
• Ability to manage complex connector environments.

Degree in any graduate field.
