Description

You will implement and configure cloud identity authentication, authorization, and federation services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure identity services using IDaaS, Azure AD, Auth0, and PlainID.
• Own end-to-end service aspects including production infrastructure deployment, service roadmaps, and vendor management.
• Drive service stability through incident resolution, maintenance, and process automation.
• Design solutions adhering to Zero-Trust, Just-In-Time, and Just-Enough-Access principles.
• Document solutions and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure long-term sustainability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Auth0, and PlainID.
• Proficiency with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and session management.
• Deep understanding of identity federation protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and LDAP.
• Experience with API Gateways, Enterprise Databases, and Access Management systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices.
• Ability to use network management and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying ITIL service management disciplines.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors for service escalation.
