Description

You will manage and support global IAM applications and infrastructure operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM infrastructure including Single Sign-On, Federated Identity (SAML), and PKI tools.
• Manage operational services for Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, and SailPoint.
• Engage in problem triage, service restoration, and root cause identification.
• Coordinate the identification of permanent fix resolutions following established practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot directory services and authentication tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of production support experience.
• Deep expertise in Ping Directory, Ping Access, and Ping Federate.
• Hands-on experience with PKI and Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Networking (TCP/IP).
• Solid understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Proficiency with the ITIL framework.
• Strong understanding of Information Security principles.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or equivalent Information Security domain certification.
