Description

Manage global IAM application delivery and infrastructure operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM infrastructure including Single Sign-On, Federated Identity (SAML), and PKI tools.
• Manage operational services for SailPoint, Splunk, and Directory Services.
• Lead problem engagement during triage and service restoration.
• Identify root causes and coordinate permanent fix resolutions.
• Operate within the ITIL framework to maintain service standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of production support experience.
• Deep expertise in Ping Access, Ping Federate, and Ping Directory.
• Hands-on experience with PKI and Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Proficiency in Linux and Networking (TCP/IP).
• Solid understanding of Information Security principles.
• Experience working within the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or equivalent Information Security certification.
