Description

You will engineer identity integration components for SailPoint IdentityIQ, focusing on connector development, data transformation, and secure automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and tune aggregation connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, AD/LDAP) and implement schema discovery, entitlement modeling, and correlation logic.
• Develop secure, reusable Java-based rules, plugins, workflows, and JAR modules leveraging SailPoint object models.
• Design onboarding automation frameworks for metadata ingestion, entitlement cataloging, and lifecycle management with bulk-data rollback and audit evidence.
• Implement Git-driven CI/CD workflows for version control, code review, and environment promotion across DEV, IT, UAT, and PROD.
• Execute unit, system integration, and UAT tests; conduct root cause analysis for defects and ensure compliance with SOX/SOC standards.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of IAM/IGA engineering experience, specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java (JDK 8) background for plugin, rule, and JAR development.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle; advanced understanding of relational identity data structures.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, schema mapping, ETL-like transformations, and integration pipelines.
• Familiarity with IGA object models and identity data constructs (accounts, entitlements, roles).
• Experience building connector-level error handling, retry logic, and reconciliation tuning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Groovy scripting for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and enterprise audit readiness documentation.
