Description

Design and architect Identity and Access Management solutions for complex client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect IAM solutions by reviewing current client setups and providing technical designs.
• Define strategies for delivering Identity and Access services in collaboration with technical and operations staff.
• Deliver cohesive blueprints for Identity and Access services, including technology options.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, brainstorming, and workshops to identify risks and solutions.
• Lead the execution of IAM projects covering access management, SSO, and MFA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain.
• Expertise in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM/ISVA) and IBM ISIM (ISVG).
• Hands-on experience with Ping Federate SSO solutions.
• Deep understanding of SAML and OIDC protocols.
• Proven experience with workflow design, 2FA authentication processes, and server/agent configuration.
• Knowledge of resource provisioning, access entitlement, and birthright access provisioning.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure setup, network devices, clustering, and HA configuration for servers and databases.
