Lead security architecture for Identity and Access Management, certificate services, and secrets management initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the IAM and secrets management architecture roadmap, sharing progress and strategy with stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to design federated access, SSO, MFA, and identity solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Conduct discovery workshops to define customer and workforce IAM requirements, providing best-practice recommendations.
• Create architectural diagrams illustrating proposed solutions, integrations, and security flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity, PlainID, or similar IAM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of federated identity, SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and access governance.
• Experience with IGA, PAM, secrets management, and certificate services.
• Proven ability to define security standards, architecture patterns, and roadmaps.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise IAM solutions in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
