Own the identity and access management product, ensuring strict compliance with IT security and customer requirements while providing technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for the IAM space, driving initiatives and providing technical guidance.
• Manage escalated IAM incidents, support tickets, and user provisioning processes.
• Monitor IAM systems for data issues and document observations for resolution.
• Establish, audit, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to define processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with IT security standards and customer-specific requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong technical knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proven experience in project management and leading IAM initiatives.
• Understanding of systems architecture related to IAM.
• Ability to audit SOPs and manage technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
