Description

You will lead IAM business enablement efforts to streamline stakeholder collaboration, compliance reporting, and remediation planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Align IAM processes and controls with industry standards and Lines of Business through detailed assessments.
• Design survey structures and questions for 11 predefined IAM controls, including distribution planning and stakeholder review.
• Manage survey execution by tracking response rates, following up with application owners, and collecting artifacts for compliance validation.
• Generate compliance status reports and validate evidence against 13 specific control requirements.
• Pre-validate existing data points to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of experience in the IAM domain and Risk Governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing IAM solutions across diverse tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of IAM security frameworks, principles, and technologies.
• Working knowledge of industry best practices and standards for IAM and Risk Governance.
• Proficiency in data handling and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific IAM tools and technologies beyond general framework knowledge.
