Description

You will lead technical identity and access management initiatives and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement defined policies and business roles within Access & Identity Management (AIM) solutions.
• Manage identity and access management support for business and technical teams through standardized products and customized solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access management and provisioning workflow errors.
• Collaborate with governance, security, and system owners to address audit and regulatory issues.
• Mentor employees, evaluate individual performance, and drive project schedules.
• Execute security process activities including User ID management and access attestations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Access & Identity Management (IAM) solutions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting provisioning workflow errors.
• Proven ability in User ID management.
• Experience developing performance metrics for user access attestations.
• Ability to design and implement IAM processes, controls, and communications.
• Experience working with governance and security teams on audit requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
