You will lead identity and access management strategy and risk governance initiatives for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using relevant tools and technologies.
• Apply IAM security frameworks, principles, and industry standards to organizational architecture.
• Manage risk governance processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Execute data handling and analysis to support identity lifecycle management.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical IAM strategies and governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of experience in the IAM domain.
• Deep understanding of IAM security frameworks and principles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Proficiency in data handling and analysis.
• Experience with risk governance processes.
• Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
