You manage the IAM team while ensuring operational delivery of access and identity services.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day end user support across channels (Slack, email, tickets), ensuring timely resolution of access requests and technical issues.
Lead backlog management and sprint planning, translating strategy into actionable work items.
Provide first-level management for executing Regulatory and Audit requirements, including control reviews and findings remediation.
Engage in design discussions, testing, and validation of IAM product enhancements and upgrades to support Engineers and Developers.
Oversee personnel management, including performance reviews and team communication.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IAM demonstrating strong IAM acumen.
Experience with IAM Identity Governance tools, specifically SailPoint IIQ, ForgeRock AM, and Entra ID.
Proficiency with work prioritization methodologies and Jira/Agile practices for backlog management.
Experience managing regulatory and audit requirements.
Ability to write end-user job aids, knowledge articles, and audit preparation documentation.
Knowledge of core IAM concepts and Access management.
