Description

You will manage the Identity and Access Management function, leading team execution, regulatory compliance, and daily support operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily end-user support across channels, resolving access requests and technical issues promptly.
• Lead backlog management and sprint planning, translating strategy into actionable work items.
• Manage personnel duties, including performance reviews, individual support, and team communication.
• Direct first-level execution of Regulatory and Audit requirements, including control reviews and remediation.
• Support IAM Engineers by participating in design, testing, and validation of product enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IAM.
• Experience with IAM Identity Governance tools such as SailPoint IIQ, ForgeRock AM, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Agile practices and Jira for backlog management.
• Strong acumen in IAM principles and concepts.
• Experience with Access management and IDM systems.
• Familiarity with Sysadmin and Cyber security practices.
• Ability to write end-user job aids, knowledge articles, and audit documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
