Description

You manage the Identity and Access Management team, overseeing execution, support, and compliance. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-end user support across channels to ensure timely resolution of access requests and technical issues.
• Lead backlog management and sprint planning, translating strategic priorities into actionable work items.
• Provide first-level management for Regulatory and Audit requirements, including control reviews and findings management.
• Complete all people-manager duties, including performance reviews and team communication.
• Support IAM Engineers and Developers by engaging in design discussions, testing, and validation of product enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proficiency with SailPoint IIQ and ForgeRock AM.
• Experience managing backlogs using Jira and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with IAM Engineers workflows.
• Ability to create end-user job aids and audit documentation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
