You manage identity and access management workflows and security protocols within the network environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and authentication through Single Sign On (SSO) products.
• Process and resolve security-related requests using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Maintain identity security standards across the network infrastructure.
• Support identity management lifecycle processes.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience.
• 4 years of experience with Single Sign On (SSO) products.
• 2 years of experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of experience with other Identity Management products.
• 2 years of experience with Ping Federate and Azure MFA.
