Description

Manage identity and access management protocols and security operations within a remote environment. Own user access lifecycles, authentication workflows, and security compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and identity lifecycles using Single Sign On products.
• Process and resolve security-related requests through ServiceNow.
• Monitor and maintain authentication workflows to ensure secure network access.
• Support identity management protocols and security compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience.
• 4 years of experience working with Single Sign On (SSO) products.
• 2 years of experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience with Azure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of additional Identity Management product knowledge.
• 2 years of experience with Ping Federate and Azure MFA.
