Description

You will manage identity and access management operations and network security workflows.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity access requests and security workflows within the IAM framework.
• Process and resolve security-related incidents using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Maintain and support Single Sign-On (SSO) product configurations.
• Monitor authentication flows to ensure secure user access.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience.
• 4 years of experience working with Single Sign-On (SSO) products.
• 2 years of experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience managing identity and access lifecycles.
• Foundational knowledge of network security principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation status.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Ping Federate and Azure MFA.
• General knowledge of additional Identity Management products.
