Description

Manage identity and access security operations, maintaining network access integrity through technical support and incident documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and identity workflows using Single Sign On products.
• Handle technical requests and incident documentation through ServiceNow.
• Support authentication protocols and identity management lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate on security tasks to maintain network access integrity.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of general IT experience.
• 4 years of experience working with Single Sign On (SSO) products.
• 2 years of experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience with Azure.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of additional Identity Management product knowledge.
• 2 years of experience with Ping Federate and Azure MFA.
