Description

You will enhance and support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline and optimize IAM operations to improve system efficiency and security.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance automation workflows across IAM processes.
  • Use IAM tools for identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and authentication solutions.
  • Work with DevSecOps teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD and operational workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to IAM-related issues, alerts, and incidents.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM operations, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
  • Hands-on expertise with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity platforms.
  • Experience developing IAM automation using Python or PowerShell.
  • Solid knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC authentication standards.
  • Understanding of least privilege and Zero Trust principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalable IAM solutions.
