Description

You manage day-to-day operations for Ping Identity and SailPoint platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and security SLAs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID) and SailPoint (IdentityIQ/IdentityNow) platform health, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Administer SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, including certificate management and adaptive MFA policies.
• Execute identity lifecycle management, connector operations, access certifications, and SoD policy enforcement within SailPoint.
• Triage incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes via CAB with clear runbooks and rollback plans.
• Automate routine tasks and environment promotions using platform APIs, PowerShell, and Python to reduce operational toil.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IAM operations or engineering.
• Deep experience administering Ping Identity and SailPoint Identity Governance platforms.
• Proficiency in SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 integration patterns.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Java.
• Experience with BeanShell for SailPoint rules and workflows.
• Working knowledge of REST/JSON APIs for automation and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure/Entra ID and Workday/SuccessFactors connectors.
• Knowledge of SIEM integration for IAM monitoring and alerting.
